  • Whilst some of the event space will be paved, a lot of the event will be on open grassed, and uneven ground. All participants should be aware this is an outdoor event, and weather conditions not only on the day, but in the run-up to the event may affect the quality of the ground. As the only paving connecting much of the event space is an active taxiway, it will not be possible to navigate the full event on the hard standing alone. Unfortunately this means the event may not be fully accessible in places for those with reduced mobility, or suitable for all types of wheelchair or pushchair.
